Huelva · Spain
Origin
Two landscapes, one signature.
The Andévalo
In the west of the province of Huelva, the Andévalo is dehesa country: holm oaks, gentle hills and wide open space. This is where Iberian pigs live and where ham cures slowly.
The Atlantic
The Huelva coast, with Isla Cristina and its canneries, provides Atlantic tuna, melva and mackerel, prepared with salt and skill.
Our promise
Few products, producers we know, and one clear, traceable brand.
The symbol
The arch frames a landscape: the sun sets over the Atlantic, a holm oak of the Andévalo watches over the hill, and the waves recall the coast. From the inland to the ocean.
